Shipping & Returns
EnvirOasis offers FREE SHIPPING on all LIST PRICE web orders over $1,000 placed in the online store. Free shipping applies to only complete orders and is based on best available shipping method depending on product availability. If a customer wishes to separate order into partial shipments, additional shipping costs may apply. For orders of less than $1,000 or 150lbs products will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or other available carriers at customer preference and expense - additional handling including packaging may apply. EnvirOasis will use customer provided shipping account if requested. EnvirOasis reserves the right to charge additional shipping for circumstances outside of its control, such as residential deliveries, required liftgates and/or re-directing shipments once scheduled.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. EnvirOasis will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returned items that are not the fault of EnvirOasis are subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25%. Special order items or items that opened or are not a result of our error will be accepted at the discretion of EnvirOasis and are subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee. Return shipping costs on these items are the responsibility of the customer. Return policies are subject to original manufacturer return policies and are subject to change depending on the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Items Missing or Damaged in Shipping
Customer is responsible for reporting any missing items from shipping packing list at time of delivery. Customer is also responsible for noting any damage to exterior packaging as it may pertain to a damage claim and must report the damage immediately upon receipt.
